RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We strive to make image representation as accurate as possible. As all our bags are made by hand there may be slight differences. If you would like to receive more information about a specific bag that you like just send us an email and we can provide you with more detailed photography. If you would like to return a bag you can send back the item to us. The shipping expenses are at your own cost. We recommend a track & trace service as we can only refund you once we have received the package at our address. Custom made bags are excluded from this option and cannot be returned.
