WELCOME TO LOVE IT DESIGN
Love It makes handmade items.  Each design will have a slight variation due to the handmade work and love that goes into every order.

PAYMENT
Love It accepts various forms of payment. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. 

LEAD TIME FOR MADE TO ORDER PRODUCTS
Because each piece is made to order, our lead time is order specific and can range from 1-3 weeks depending on size and design complexity.  You will be notified if your order will take longer than 3 weeks.

SHIPPING
Shipping is offered through DPD, UPS and PostNL. Orders usually take between 2-5 days to be received. Shipping costs vary depending on the size and weight of your order. Alternatively, free pick-up in the Amsterdam can be arrange for local customers.

AT THIS TIME LOVE IT DOES NOT OFFER SHIPING TO THE UK. Please accept our sincere apologies. We are working hard on making UK shipping available.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Unfortunately, payments cannot be refunded on made to order products.  If you are not happy with your order please email info@loveitdesign.nl  If the error occurs on our end, a replacement will happily be sent out. If it is a mistake on your end you will be charged.

RETURN

If you are not happy with you product (excluding made to order products) you can return them to us in original, unused conditions.Shipping costs are at your expense. You will be refunded once we have received the item back.

All changes on orders must be made within 48 hours.
